Pastor Johnnie Smith Jr.

Pastor Johnnie Smith was licensed and ordained under the late Supt. B. J. Woods of Austin, Texas. He began pastoring True Vine COGIC in Manor, Texas at the age of 21. He served as interim Pastor of Baseview Assembly of God in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Other pastorships have included; Hahn, Germany, Bentwaters, England, and now for 20 years as Senior Pastor of Joy Tabernacle Holiness Church, Aurora, CO.

In 1995 Pastor Smith founded the United Holiness Assemblies International. He was consecrated to the office of Bishop in 1995. Pastor Smith now leads as Chief Apostle of U.H.A.I.

As presiding prelate of U.H.A.I., Apostle Smith currently oversees churches in Colorado, North Dakota, Nebraska, Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi.

Johnnie Smith retired from the U.S.A.F. after honorably serving over 22 years.

Co-Pastor Julia W. Smith

Julia Smith is a woman of great faith with a heart for God and his people.

Julia is a native of Waco, Texas. She has been married since 1969 to Johnnie Smith. Julia traveled extensively with her husband while he served in the military. In doing so she saw every assignment as an opportunity for ministry.

Serving beside her husband as CO-Pastor, her wisdom and spirit of excellence has blessed the body of Christ.

Lady Julia Smith served as the National Director of the Women’s Department for U.H.A.I. for over 10 years.

In 1997 Lady Smith founded Women of Courage Ministries, Inc. She hosted Women of Courage & Mighty Men of Valor Conferences annually throughout the country.

Lady Julia Smith has mentored women of all ages. She is spiritual mother to many women and men throughout this country. She is truly proud to be a natural mother and grandmother.
